Job summary

This role involves leading the entire lifecycle of Global Capability Centers (GCC), from strategy development to operational implementation and ongoing transformation. The position requires acting as a strategic advisor to C-suite executives, focusing on governance, operating models, and AI-driven innovations.

Qualifications

• Over 12 years of experience in consulting with a strong record in managing large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Proven capability to advise senior leadership and influence decisions across finance, technology, HR, and operations.
• Broad knowledge across various business functions, including finance, HR, supply chain, technology, marketing, and data or AI.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, and digital innovations.
• A commitment to continuous learning and team development.
• Ability to build trust and drive alignment among diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full GCC lifecycle, including strategy, design, and operationalization.
• Advise C-suite executives on GCC scope and governance.
• Implement AI-first capabilities and drive transformation programs.
• Shape new client opportunities and contribute to business development.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of learning.
