About the role

Job summary

The Associate Director of Procurement Operations will oversee the Procurement Operations Center team, ensuring efficient and compliant execution across the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle. This role focuses on team leadership, operational delivery, and continuous improvement of procurement processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Procurement Operations and Source-to-Pay processes.
  • Proven leadership experience in developing and motivating operational teams.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and procurement systems.
  • Experience in driving process improvements in operational settings.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Procurement Operations team, fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Ensure efficient execution of PR/PO processes and broader S2P activities.
  • Monitor KPIs and operational performance, ensuring quality delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Procurement, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance.
