Job summary

The Associate Director of Procurement Operations will lead the Procurement Operations Center team, ensuring efficient and compliant execution across the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle. This role focuses on team performance, operational delivery, and continuous improvement of procurement processes while collaborating closely with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in Procurement Operations and Source-to-Pay processes.
• Proven leadership experience in developing and motivating operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and procurement systems.
• Experience in driving process improvements in operational settings.
• Ability to balance operational oversight with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Procurement Operations team, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Oversee team performance, capacity, and delivery quality in daily operations.
• Act as an escalation point for operational issues and support timely resolutions.
• Ensure efficient execution of PR/PO processes and broader S2P activities.
• Monitor KPIs and operational performance, ensuring follow-up on delivery quality.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with Strategic Procurement, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance.
