Qualifications

  • Relevant academic degree, preferably a Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, Science, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in a global marketing role within a pharmaceutical company.
  • Minimum 2–3 years in a local pharmaceutical market marketing role.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
  • Commercial experience in rare diseases and/or hospital-based therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the development of global brand strategies based on scientific evidence and market dynamics.
  • Implement integrated digital strategies and omnichannel campaigns.
  • Identify growth opportunities and optimize brand performance through commercial acumen.
  • Manage cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholder environments to align global strategies with local market needs.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.

Education
