This position serves as the right hand to the Restaurant Manager and plays a crucial role in achieving strong results for both guests and the team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations during shifts to maintain high standards of service, quality, and efficiency.
• Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, structure, and goal tracking.
• Train, coach, and develop team members, particularly new hires.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling.
• Ensure proper production flow, hygiene, self-control, and safety standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and daily monitoring of key performance indicators.
• Act as a role model on the floor, demonstrating energy and oversight.
