An opportunity exists for an ambitious and energetic individual to step into the role of Assistant Restaurant Manager at various locations in Copenhagen. This position serves as the right hand to the Restaurant Manager and plays a crucial role in achieving strong results for both guests and the team.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the restaurant industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to learn and take on responsibility is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations during shifts to maintain high standards of service, quality, and efficiency.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, structure, and goal tracking.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members, particularly new hires.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling.
  • Ensure proper production flow, hygiene, self-control, and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and daily monitoring of key performance indicators.
  • Act as a role model on the floor, demonstrating energy and oversight.
