Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality control of food and beverage offerings before serving to guests.
  • Participate in hiring, training, and managing the front-of-house staff.
  • Utilize managerial tools based on data-driven operations.
  • Oversee team workload and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations.
  • Promote a cooperative and respectful work environment among team members.
