Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in business economics, economics, or a related field with a significant social science contribution.
  • Proven track record of impactful research publications, preferably in top-ranked journals related to innovation.
  • Experience with external research funding and established ties with international research communities is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research in areas such as emerging technologies, innovation ecosystems, and the role of technology in creativity and knowledge creation.
  • Teach courses in innovation management, marketing, and project management at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
  • Actively participate in the social and academic life of the department and contribute to the development of the research center.

Skills

  • Strong research and analytical skills with a focus on innovation management.
  • Ability to teach in English; non-Danish candidates are expected to learn Danish.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to engage in cross-disciplinary research.

Education

  • A completed Ph.D. degree in a relevant field is required.

Tools

  • Familiarity with research methodologies and tools relevant to innovation management and technology assessment.
