Architect

Job summary

An architectural firm is seeking a skilled Architect to contribute to innovative design projects and collaborate with a diverse team. The role requires a strong foundation in design, technical detailing, and project management.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification as an Architect or equivalent overseas qualification.
• 4-7 years of post-qualification experience as an Architect after obtaining a master's degree.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Develop design options in collaboration with the design team.
• Prepare, develop, and edit drawings and models related to projects.
• Manage and coordinate with project stakeholders, local authorities, and sub-consultants.
• Resolve technical and design challenges through innovative thinking.

Skills

• Strong conceptual, design, and graphic skills.
• Proficiency with Rhino and Adobe Suite is required; experience with Revit is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive attitude.
• Great interpersonal communication skills.

Education

• Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent.

Tools

• Rhino, Adobe Suite, Revit (preferred).
