Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Strategy, IT, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and workshop facilitation abilities.
• Interest in human capital strategies and organizational development.
• Experience in HR transformation and HR life-cycle processes is a plus.
• Background in consulting or public sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with experienced consultants on HR strategy and transformation projects for multinational clients.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and organizational analysis to diagnose client needs.
• Develop HR strategies that align with client goals through meetings and workshops.
• Perform research and data analysis to provide insights to clients.
