Qualifications

  • Outstanding academic achievement and experience in HR transformation processes are preferred.
  • Previous experience in consulting or the public sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to diagnose needs through stakeholder interviews and organizational analysis.
  • Develop HR strategies that align with organizational goals through meetings and workshops.
  • Conduct research and data analysis to provide insights to clients.
