Job summary

This role involves developing and maintaining AI and classical algorithms for 3D meshes, specifically for custom fit hearing aids. The position is based in Copenhagen and requires collaboration with international teams in an agile environment focused on high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Bioinformatics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience with Machine Learning, particularly in image processing or 3D data
• Strong software development skills in Python and/or C#
• A mindset geared towards quality, flexibility, creativity, and emerging technologies
• Commitment to continuous improvement in software development practices

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI algorithms for optimizing 3D designs of hearing aids
• Collaborate with audiologists to define and understand problems
• Evaluate and document algorithm performance
• Contribute to the development and testing of MLOps procedures for the AI team
• Engage in knowledge sharing and collaboration across the AI organization
