Qualifications

  • Proficient in Python programming.
  • Experience in creating AI tools, chatbots, and workflow integrations.
  • Familiarity with API integration and workflow automation.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with different departments.
  • Capable of promoting and driving the adoption of new tools.
  • Understanding of business processes alongside technical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering, product, sales, and operations teams to identify pain points and opportunities for AI tooling.
  • Develop and maintain internal AI tools such as efficiency agents, documentation systems, chatbots, and meeting summary tools.
  • Integrate tools with existing internal systems and workflows.
  • Transform ad hoc AI concepts into reliable, reusable tools.
  • Advocate for tool adoption through demonstrations and training sessions.
  • Track usage metrics and assess time savings from implemented tools.

Skills

  • Strong Python engineering skills.
  • Experience with AI applications and internal tool development.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work independently.
  • Good instincts for product development focused on internal efficiency.

Education

  • Background in AI application engineering, automation engineering, or solutions engineering is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with AI development tools and platforms, workflow automation tools, and internal documentation systems.
