Job summary

As an AI Product Developer, you will play a crucial role in addressing significant challenges within the life sciences sector by developing AI-powered tools and products. Your work will involve both the AI engine and the surrounding product infrastructure to ensure reliability and compliance in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python with strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid background in software architecture and backend engineering, including API and service design.
• Proven ability to build secure and scalable applications integrating AI/LLM engines.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD, and cloud-native deployment.
• Knowledge of databases and data engineering, particularly vector databases.
• Understanding of LLMOps practices for AI system deployment.
• Full-stack experience (e.g., TypeScript/React) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-driven tools for managing critical documents and data in life sciences.
• Implement features such as grounded retrieval, summarization, document comparison, and content classification.
• Create scalable APIs, services, and deployment platforms.
• Ensure security, auditability, and scalability in cloud environments.
• Collaborate with clinical, regulatory, quality, and commercial experts to address real business needs.
