AI Process Engineer

Job summary

The role involves integrating AI into software organization processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand current processes, develop AI-augmented solutions, and ensure their successful implementation and operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in building and deploying software solutions.
• Strong software engineering judgment and familiarity with coding principles.
• Proficiency with modern LLMs, including prompts, tool use, RAG, and agents.
• Knowledge of data analysis techniques and metrics.
• Experience within an engineering organization, understanding of epics, code reviews, and compliance.
• Basic UX design sense to ensure usability of shipped products.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make iterative decisions.
• Proficient communication skills in English, with experience in a global setting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Engineering Excellence to drive the automation roadmap.
• Analyze and document current processes by engaging with process owners.
• Develop AI-enhanced versions of processes using modern technologies.
• Validate solutions with users, ensuring they become part of standard operations.
• Measure the impact of automation against pre-existing benchmarks.
• Manage data across various formats and platforms, including JSON, CSV, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Graph.
• Oversee projects from initial concept through to routine implementation.

Skills

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in software engineering or a related field.
