Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the NBA Hub platform, ensuring it scales as an enterprise capability.
  • Define and implement Next Best Action use cases for various customer-facing roles.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancing customer engagement.
  • Guide the development of AI solutions, ensuring they meet real-world usability and compliance standards.
  • Monitor performance and improve use cases based on data and feedback.
  • Drive adoption and manage change across markets and teams.
