AI Engineer (On-site)

Job summary

This role focuses on developing AI-powered tools to enhance consulting delivery, addressing complex client challenges through scalable solutions. The position offers a growth path from contributing to existing tools to independently designing and shipping complete applications.

Qualifications

• Recent BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in Python and experience with REST APIs.
• Exposure to web development (frontend/backend) and familiarity with Git.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with AI solutions through coursework or internships.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI tools for consulting delivery, including data mapping and workflow automation.
• Develop complete, deployable tools as skills progress, translating consultant problems into solutions.
• Integrate AI capabilities with existing tools and participate in code reviews.
• Stay updated on AI advancements and evaluate new tools for practical application.
