Job summary

In this position, you will contribute to the development of intelligent solutions utilizing Agentic and Generative AI. Your role involves designing, building, and deploying autonomous agents and generative AI tools to enhance workflows across the organization.

Qualifications

• Educational background in computer science, software engineering, machine learning, data science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficient in Python development with experience in AI/LLM orchestration frameworks and agentic architectures.
• Knowledgeable in machine learning, model evaluation, retrieval techniques, data workflows, and generative AI methods.
• Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and business audiences.
• Structured approach to delivering solutions and adaptability in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-step agentic workflows and generative AI solutions integrated with business tools.
• Develop and optimize machine-learning pipelines, retrieval systems, and evaluation frameworks for responsible AI use.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams to translate use cases into practical capabilities.
• Explore and assess emerging AI frameworks and open-source tools to guide AI development.
• Take ownership of solutions from concept through deployment and continuous improvement.

Skills

• Experience with cloud environments such as Azure.
• Familiarity with integration interfaces and protocols like Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Knowledge of CI/CD workflows and LLMOps/MLOps practices for lifecycle management.

Education

• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

Tools
