AI Architect & Platform Specialist

Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise architecture, platform engineering, or AI/automation.
• Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, security frameworks, and enterprise system landscapes.
• Familiarity with AI platforms, orchestration tools, or enablement technologies.
• Ability to balance best practices with pragmatic execution in real-world environments.
• Self-driven and proactive, comfortable working independently.
• Strong collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Broad technology perspective, not tied to a single vendor ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable AI architecture, integration patterns, and standards for secure enterprise solutions.
• Establish reusable building blocks, AI agent patterns, and onboarding approaches for consistent delivery.
• Advise on platform capabilities including security, scalability, integrations, and enterprise alignment.
• Integrate AI capabilities with core systems such as Workday and Jira.
• Support the transition from experimentation to production, ensuring stability and continuous improvement.
