Job summary

This role involves combining analytical skills with a commercial mindset to manage partner accounts within the Nordic Accident & Health team. The position focuses on technical underwriting and account management, ensuring profitable partnership programs that deliver value to clients and consumers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management and data handling; insurance or financial sector experience is a plus but not required.
• Proactive and curious attitude with a commitment to quality work.
• Ability to take ownership of portfolio and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into business decisions.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for partners, conducting status and renewal meetings to maintain high service levels.
• Collaborate with the Partnership Development Manager to establish the technical foundation for partnership programs.
• Prepare and present professional tenders and product solutions, converting complex data into commercial benefits.
• Conduct regular portfolio performance reviews and suggest product or pricing adjustments based on insights.
• Develop and maintain best practices for partnership underwriting to enhance efficiency and quality.

Education
