Job summary

The role involves expanding a global partner ecosystem by recruiting and activating affiliates, publishers, and e-learning agencies. The focus is on partner acquisition and activation through proactive outreach and managing inbound applications.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner acquisition, or a similar growth-focused role.
  • Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or online learning is advantageous.
  • Proven track record in recruiting and activating online partners.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate business models and performance metrics.
  • Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit high-potential partners in the education sector.
  • Conduct outreach campaigns and manage the partner acquisition process from initial contact to activation.
  • Automate and scale partner research and outreach efforts.
  • Monitor partner performance and track key metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create partner resources and support partner success.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data.
  • Experience with affiliate platforms like PartnerStack, Rakuten, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM and automation tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across different time zones.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and CRM tools.
