AEM Technical Architect (Remote)

Job summary

An experienced AEM Technical Architect is sought to lead the development and optimization of digital content sites and customer experiences. The role involves architecting scalable AEM solutions, ensuring seamless integrations, and translating business requirements into technical specifications while fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Over 8 years of web development experience, with a minimum of 5 years focused on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Expertise in AEM components, templates, OSGi services, Sightly/HTL, JCR, and AEM administration.
• Proven experience in architecting large-scale AEM solutions, particularly for corporate or marketing websites.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques for AEM sites.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Experience with AEM integrations using RESTful APIs and third-party systems.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and digital marketing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical expert for AEM solutions, guiding best practices and architecture.
• Drive the design and implementation of scalable AEM solutions and performance optimization strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team of AEM developers and QA engineers, ensuring high productivity and code quality.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional AEM components.
• Oversee the development and publishing of high-quality digital content using AEM.

Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager, including Sites, Assets, and Forms.
• Proficiency in Java and J2EE.
• Familiarity with web analytics platforms and A/B testing methodologies.

Education

• Relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
