Job summary

The role involves providing technical support and assistance to various sites and warehouses, focusing on evaluating and categorizing failures, requests, and faults. The position is based in the maintenance department of a warehouse in Videbæk, Denmark.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge in electricity, mechanics, and hydraulics.
• Experience with technical documentation.
• Relevant education in mechanics, electricity, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support.
• Familiarity with Machine directive, OSHA, and ASME standards.

Responsibilities

• Offer technical assistance by monitoring tools and updating issue-handling documentation.
• Engage in root cause analysis using methodologies like 8D, DMAIC, and PDCA.
• Address non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure data is available for NCR creation.
• Document support and inspection information, escalating unresolved issues for continuous improvement.
• Implement proactive measures to prevent breakdowns and maintain high standards of technical support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Provide access to user manuals and technical drawings for maintenance tasks.
