Working Student Engineer (Renewable Energy, Part-time, Remote)

Job summary

A motivated and technically skilled Working Student is sought to support the Engineering Department in developing digital solutions, including AI-driven tools and data management initiatives. This role offers practical experience in a dynamic environment focused on engineering and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Previous practical experience through internships or student roles in a relevant area.
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation; familiarity with AI tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the digitalization and automation of processes using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools.
• Help create, maintain, and enhance SharePoint sites and collaboration platforms.
• Develop and optimize tools and workflows to improve efficiency and data utilization.
• Analyze and visualize engineering and operational data.
• Support the integration of AI and Microsoft 365 tools into engineering workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers to create clear visualizations of technical concepts.
• Ensure adherence to corporate branding guidelines.
• Undertake additional tasks related to engineering and digital initiatives as needed.

Skills

• Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Interest in data handling, scripting, and system integrations; knowledge of Python or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive working style.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

Education

• Enrollment in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
