Working Student - Engineering Department

Job summary

This part-time, fixed-term position is for a motivated Working Student to support the Engineering Department in developing digital solutions, including AI-driven tools and process optimization initiatives. The role involves contributing to SharePoint environments and leveraging Microsoft 365 technologies to enhance engineering workflows.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Previous practical experience through internships or student roles in a relevant area.
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation; familiarity with AI tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the digitalization and automation of processes using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
• Help create, maintain, and improve SharePoint sites and collaboration platforms.
• Develop and optimize tools and workflows to enhance efficiency and data utilization.
• Analyze and visualize engineering and operational data.
• Support the integration of AI and Microsoft 365 tools into workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers to translate technical concepts into visualizations.

Skills

• Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Interest in data handling, scripting, and system integrations; knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and spoken English skills.

Education

• Enrollment in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s program.

Tools

• Microsoft 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), SharePoint.
