Job summary

The role involves serving as a technical expert in warranty management for advanced warehouse automation solutions, ensuring effective resolution of warranty-related issues and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in technical support, warranty management, project management, or similar roles within manufacturing, automation, or industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve technical claims related to machine performance and system reliability.
• Conduct root cause analyses and evaluate warranty entitlement.
• Coordinate corrective actions and ensure timely closure of warranty cases.
• Lead warranty-related projects, managing timelines, stakeholders, risks, and communication.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Standardization, Manufacturing, and Customer Service teams.

Skills

Education
