Job summary

The role involves leading the Corporate IT function to enhance productivity, security, and connectivity for a global workforce. The VP will develop a scalable IT strategy and oversee employee-facing systems, ensuring compliance and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in IT leadership, ideally in high-growth tech or hardware/software companies.
• Strong background in systems engineering with a strategic mindset.
• Familiarity with security frameworks, particularly GDPR and NIS2.
• Experience in budget management and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a 3-year strategy for employee-facing IT systems including device management and SaaS tools.
• Lead hiring and mentoring for the Corporate IT team, defining roles as the company expands.
• Manage the regulatory compliance program, including data processing agreements and audit readiness.
• Ensure secure connectivity and support for a hybrid environment of devices and specialized hardware.
• Develop security training programs and maintain corporate security policies.
• Oversee the IT budget and procurement processes for hardware and SaaS solutions.
• Manage the internal AI platform, ensuring governance and security for AI projects.

Skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with financial stakeholders regarding CapEx and OpEx.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team growth and mentorship.
• Capacity to build structures that enhance operational efficiency without compromising security.

Education

• Relevant degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
