VP, Global Practices - Professional Services (Remote)

Job summary

The VP, Global Practices is responsible for leading the technical and methodological framework of Professional Services. This role oversees global capabilities, technical standards, and innovation across five key practices, ensuring high-quality implementations and adherence to industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within professional services or a related field.
• Strong background in technical methodologies, architecture standards, and integration patterns.
• Experience in managing global teams and driving strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the deployment of global technical methodologies and maintain practice intellectual property.
• Set the engineering rigor and quality standards for implementations across all regions and partners.
• Define the multi-year vision for practice evolution and integrate AI methods into technical practices.
• Build a world-class team of architects and technical experts, defining career paths and managing workforce planning.
• Serve as the senior technical voice on strategic deals and provide escalation support for at-risk programs.
• Partner with Delivery Assurance to set technical standards for SI partners and develop enabling tools and training.
