- Empowerment & Stakeholder Mastery: Expertly navigate and manage complex stakeholder relationships across global, matrixed environments within VML / WPP, empowering your teams to achieve seamless collaboration and delivery.

Capability Development

Who are you going to work with?
You will be a pivotal and inspirational leader within our dynamic Customer & Business Strategy capability, reporting to the Capability Lead. In this highly collaborative role, you'll not only guide global brands, client teams, and internal stakeholders across VML / WPP through complex customer experience and marketing transformations, but you'll also serve as a foundational mentor. Your leadership will be instrumental in nurturing and developing our consulting talent, shaping our cutting-edge offerings, and continuously driving a culture of innovation and excellence.
What do you bring to the table?
- Proven Leadership & Consulting Experience: Extensive and proven experience in a Big 4 consultancy, leading strategy firm, or top-tier marketing agency, with a track record of building and nurturing high-performing teams.
- Transformational Impact: Demonstrated success in leading, inspiring, and delivering complex customer experience and marketing transformation programs through effective team leadership.
- Platform Acumen: Familiarity with leading platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, Braze, Google Marketing Platform, and the vision to guide teams in their optimal utilization.
- Strategic Commercial Insight: Exceptional commercial acumen, with the ability to inspire teams to link strategic initiatives directly to measurable business value.
- Inspirational Leadership & Communication: Outstanding communication, visionary leadership, and exemplary stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve collective success.
