Job summary

A technology company in Copenhagen is seeking a UX/UI Designer to enhance software solutions for hearing care professionals. The role involves engaging in the entire design process, from user research to interface design and validation through user feedback.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products.
• Educational background in Design Engineering, IT University, or a related field.
• Experience in B2B environments, particularly with complex web and on-premises software.
• Familiarity with med-tech or health-tech is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Transform complex hearing design workflows into intuitive user journeys.
• Participate in discovery phases, including user research and journey mapping.
• Ensure design consistency through shared patterns and UX standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and domain experts.
• Create wireframes, UI concepts, and prototypes.
• Validate design decisions through user feedback and usability testing.

Skills
