Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing
• Design and validate end-to-end user experiences
• Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with teams and stakeholders
• Collaborate with strategists, developers, and creatives on integrated solutions
• Contribute to digital strategy and design systems documentation
