Job summary

A strategic design consultancy is seeking a UX Designer to join their multidisciplinary team in Copenhagen. The role involves creating impactful user experiences through collaboration and design expertise.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in UX design
• Proficient in user journey mapping and service blueprinting
• Strong skills in designing intuitive and accessible interfaces
• Experience in user-centered research and translating findings into design
• Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Familiarity with AI tools in design workflows

Responsibilities

• Map user journeys and design services across digital and physical touchpoints
• Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and polished interfaces using Figma
• Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing
• Design and validate end-to-end user experiences
• Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with various stakeholders
• Collaborate with strategists, developers, and creatives for integrated solutions
• Contribute to digital strategy and design systems documentation

Education
