UI/UX Designer

Job summary

The role involves shaping the visual and user experience aspects of a fintech startup's app, website, and marketing materials. The UI/UX Designer will collaborate closely with the founding team and developers to create intuitive and trustworthy user experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in UI/UX design for digital products, including web and app interfaces.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Canva.
• Familiarity with user-centered design processes from research to final product.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain visual consistency.
• Capability to simplify complex topics into user-friendly designs.
• Experience in fintech, finance, or B2B products is a plus.
• A proactive approach to building and owning design projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance the app, website, and digital interfaces.
• Establish a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
• Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into user-friendly experiences.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and final designs in collaboration with developers.
• Contribute to pitch decks and other visual communication materials.
• Influence the brand expression on a European scale.

Skills

Education
