Job summary

The role involves developing and improving tools and equipment for automated coating application processes, requiring collaboration across various teams to ensure practical engineering solutions are implemented safely.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 3–7 years of experience in product development, tool development, industrial equipment, automation, or special-purpose machinery, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Hands-on experience with mechanical design and/or electronics integration.
  • Experience with testing, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of automation, robotics, industrial equipment, or coating application processes is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, prototype, and enhance tools, fixtures, and support equipment for coating applications, focusing on automated solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of automated coating concepts by integrating mechanical components, electronics, sensors, actuators, and control elements.
  • Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing tool performance in various environments.
  • Prepare technical drawings, specifications, test plans, and documentation for new tools and modifications.
  • Coordinate with specialists and vendors to ensure timely delivery and practical implementation of solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of application methods and reliability in automated processes.
