Join our innovative Brick Based Marketing Studio (part of LEGO Model Production organization) as a Senior Marketing Concept Planner, where we translate Partners needs to impactful moments that deliver More WOWs, to More Families, in More Places, captivating opportunities that ignite imagination and inspire play for generations.

As part of our global center of excellence, you'll collaborate with partners across the LEGO universe and beyond, crafting impactful LEGO Brick Moments that resonate from grand stages to local stores.

Please note: the work location is in Billund, Denmark and no relocation assistance is offered for this role. 

Core Responsibilities

Portfolio Strategy

  • Identify and define high-impact “WOW moments” from the portfolio by establishing the essence of each opportunity.
  • Synthesize LEGO strategy, brand, portfolio priorities, and cultural context to ensure every moment is relevant, focused, and impactful for the target audience.

Moment Briefs:

  • Develop clear, strategic and impact data grounded Moment Briefs in collaboration with partners.
  • Shape opportunities early by owning the brief development process from Brick Based Marketing angle.

Facilitate Process:

  • Bring internal LEGO Model Production Studio with other teams together to shape conceptual directions based on Moment Briefs, understanding the moments and leavers that enable them.
  • Act as a creative sparring partner, contributing with ideas and debriefing.

Communicate:

  • Build and align clear narratives moving from strategy to inspiring, actionable, creative direction with supported recommendations.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Extensive experience in Strategic Planning from Advertising Agencies, Global FMCG companies, and Digital Agencies, with strong strategic and commercial understanding.
  • Proven strategist with creative vision, adaptable and innovative in exploring new creative angles.
  • Customer-focused and consumer-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset to adopt media trends.
  • Skilled in campaign creation across online and offline media, with excellent communication and networking abilities.
  • Team player committed to a "One Team" approach
