Job Description
Join us as a Product Manager for Talent Acquisition and People Development where you’ll shape the tools and experiences that support how we attract, hire, and grow our colleagues.
You’ll own and evolve products across the talent lifecycle, working closely with our people organization, engineering, and business leaders to deliver intuitive, data-informed solutions that improve both candidate and employee experiences.
Please note: This role is an individual contributor role at Director level and can be based either in Billund or Copenhagen.
Core Responsibilities
As a Product Manager for Talent Acquisition and Development, you will be responsible for leading and delivering the digital product strategy for our end-end talent lifecycle, from attracting and hiring the best talent to developing the leaders of tomorrow. This role offers the opportunity to operate daily and influence at a strategic level, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive impactful initiatives from concept to execution.
Define and drive product strategy for talent lifecycle at an organizational level, setting long-term vision across your own product and associated products aligned with company goals.
Drive the day-to-day execution of the long-term product strategy. Plan product development through the management of a product backlog of refined user-stories.
Work closely with internal users to translate business objectives and user feedback into insights and requirements that deliver value.
Communicate complex ideas with clarity at an executive level to influence and drive alignment across teams without direct authority.
Act as a role model for product management excellence, establishing best practices and mentoring other PMs to evolve product thinking across people process.
Integrate usability studies and research into product requirements to improve user satisfaction and ensure customer-driven design
Develop and maintain a suite of product-specific metrics to demonstrate and measure the value delivered by the product.
Manage relationships with internal partners and engineers including escalation management.
Build strong relationships with vendor partners and industry contacts. Keep up to date with industry trends and vendor product roadmaps.

You will provide strong and enthusiastic indirect leadership to the Talent product team, collaborating daily with engineering and design teams to craft feasible solutions that drive value. You will become close partners with end-users and HR centers of excellence to ensure alignment on product vision, roadmap and outcomes.
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate brings solid experience in product management within Talent, HR, or a people-related product area. At the same time, you have a proven track record in delivering user-centric products, with a deep understanding of user needs across candidates, employees, and internal stakeholders. In addition, we hope to see:
Deep knowledge of the HR technology vendor landscape, in particular Workday
and other related people technology platforms.
Comfort working in ambiguous environments, proactively identifying
opportunities and driving clarity and direction without direct mandate.
Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence senior executive stakeholders,
navigating complex priorities to drive alignment and progress.
Experience crafting product vision and roadmap and articulating the value of
initiatives with strong metrics and building buy-in across stakeholders.
Familiarity with agile product management techniques and JIRA.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating
complex technical details and value propositions to non-technical audiences
