Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven Media Manager from a Media Agency with a strong commercial approach, a collaborator and people person with the capability to take insight to drive innovative storylines that have an impact to help one of the most loved brands deliver on its mission to deliver growth for our Retail partners across the Nordic region. Core Responsibilities

  • Drive Nordic paid media efficiency and quality, with a clear focus on performance optimisation, and contribution to commercial results.
  • Apply Marketing Mix Modelling insights to improve media investment decisions and support planning and performance discussions.
  • Own and operationalize the paid media agenda, translating global direction into tangible, locally implemented media plans.
  • Own the strategic partnership with the local media agency, including QBRs, FTE planning, fee management, and performance optimisation.
  • Ensure effective use of owned media and social media in campaigns, with an operational focus on activation, alignment, and delivery rather than channel strategy ownership.
  • Translate media and performance data into clear actions and recommendations for Brand, Retail Media, and the Commercial team.
  • Support integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring paid, owned, and retail media efforts are aligned and delivered with high quality.
  • Act as the liaison between global media strategy and Nordic execution, linking regional and in-market collaborators ensuring alignment and impact.

This role is ideal for someone who has a strategic approach to operational execution, can lead Nordic media planning in collaboration with brand management, our paid media agency partner, and global teams to drive performance through insight-led decision-making. The team is committed to developing our business with our in-market retailers.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience in consumer brands, retail, or omnichannel marketing environments in a Nordic or multi-market regional role in a Media Agency.
  • A proven record in digital (paid) media strategy, media planning, or media performance marketing working with marketing effectiveness frameworks, including Marketing Mix Modelling or similar econometric / effectiveness models.
  • In-depth knowledge of paid media ecosystems and performance measurement frameworks
  • Strong exposure to strategic partnering and coordination of media agencies and internal colleagues that translate global strategies into effective local market execution.
  • An ability to analyze digital marketing performance and provide insights for optimization and improvement as well as testing new media opportunities and innovations
  • Proficiency in English language skills is essential, a Scandinavian language would be great
  • Ability to work 3 days per week in the Billund HQ is required.
