This is a Manager level Individual Contributor role. Please note: Relocation support is not available for this role. We offer a flexible hybrid working model known as Best of Both, with 3 days in our Billund office and 2 days working from home.
Lead innovation and content research journeys connected to our Core and Pre-School Squad, end-to-end, across the Marketing Value Chain
Drive innovative research approaches and methodologies across product, marketing and experience research, and contribute to developing standard guidelines
Manage partnerships with both existing and new external research agencies
Work closely and flexibly with Global Insights Business Partners and internal collaborators. Define insights and research needs that align with the innovation strategy and the Core/Pre-School business strategy.
Role models an innovation and experimentation approach and behaviours
Become an active member of the Brand and Audiences Center of Excellence research team, contributing outstanding learning on relevant audience groups
Build strong connections across Global Insights squads and teams to embed insights that develop impact
Bring external inspiration on relevant audiences and strengthen consumer-centric thinking
Act as a change agent, contributing to Global Insights as we continue building a world-class insight's engine
Problem solver who understands how insights can be actionable and groundbreaking
Proven experience from a research agency, consultancy, or insights management function in an innovative, fast-paced company
Robust ability to work across teams, departments and cultures – globally, locally and sometimes across time zones. 20-40 days of travel can be expected.
Relevant business acumen and passion to bridge this with generated insights for optimal impact on the business
Ability to translate business needs into impactful and innovative insights journeys
Leads with empathy and acts as a true collaborator – We Win attitude!
Playful and find ways to unlock playfulness in their surroundings
Is comfortable presenting and English language skills on a business level
Thinks holistically, audience-led and is a natural synthesizer
Previous experience working with toys, games and kids is an advantage
