Job summary

The role involves managing testing processes, release management, and IT architecture to enhance the quality of applications supporting business operations. The Test Manager will work within a DevOps framework to develop and implement processes and tools ensuring compliance with requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.
• Experience in analyzing project requirements, architecture, and functional processing for effective testing management.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, cloud environments, and mobile devices.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with test automation tools is essential.
• Knowledge of architectural tools is a plus.
• Experience in small to medium-sized companies is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with in-house and external developers to clarify feature requirements and determine testing needs.
• Identify and address gaps in specifications with relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct manual and automated testing, including feature, functional, unit, and regression testing.
• Manage the daily activities of two student testers.
• Perform root cause analysis for bugs and coordinate with the development team for resolution.
• Oversee release activities and conduct post-deployment verification.
• Establish and refine processes to enhance testing productivity and efficiency.
• Improve documentation related to supported applications and systems.
• Communicate testing status and requirements effectively across teams.

Education

• Relevant educational background in IT or related fields is preferred.

Tools

• Experience with test automation tools and architectural tools is advantageous.
