Test Engineer (Electrical, Roskilde)

Job summary

The role involves developing and implementing electrical semiconductor test programs, focusing on silicon photonics and semiconductor devices. The successful candidate will collaborate with international teams to ensure effective execution of testing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics, or equivalent experience.
• Over 2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Demonstrated experience in electrical engineering and programming.
• Experience in photonic or semiconductor testing or validation, with knowledge of programming languages such as Python and VBA.
• Recent graduates with relevant skills will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement electrical semiconductor test programs.
• Perform device characterization and conduct data analysis for quality feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to transition new silicon from development to production.
• Innovate to improve yield and reduce test time.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of probability and statistics tools, such as JMP.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Experience in leading cross-organizational activities with a strong sense of responsibility.

Education

• B.Sc/M.Sc in Electrical Engineering or Physics from a reputable university, or equivalent experience.

Tools

• Programming languages: Python, VBA.
