Technology Solution Architect (Remote, Northern Europe)

Job summary

The role of Technology Solution Architect involves designing and implementing technology solutions that align with business objectives and future needs. This position requires collaboration with various teams to ensure the architecture is secure, scalable, and reliable within an agile framework.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in solution architecture or a similar technical leadership role
• Strong stakeholder management skills in complex environments
• Solid understanding of agile product development
• Experience designing end-to-end solutions across multiple systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Preferred: Experience with architecture frameworks and design patterns, knowledge of service-oriented or microservices architectures, experience working closely with business stakeholders and product teams

Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end solution architectures in line with target technology architecture
• Collaborate with Product, Business, and Development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Lead design reviews, impact assessments, and architectural decision-making
• Ensure alignment with architectural principles, standards, and best practices
• Provide guidance on development approaches, technology foundations, and non-functional requirements (e.g. performance, resilience, security)
• Support agile delivery through MVP and just-in-time design, balancing speed with quality and risk

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field
