Technology Product Owner (Marketing Technology, Remote)

Job summary

The Technology Martech Product Owner is responsible for managing and developing technology products that enhance marketing and customer engagement across Northern Europe. This role involves overseeing the product lifecycle from vision to delivery, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and business value.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Deep understanding of agile development methodologies and value-driven prioritization.
• Proven experience in managing diverse stakeholder groups.
• Solid knowledge of Marketing Technologies, including Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
• Ability to navigate complex products and organizations.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for product outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, backlog, and release plan.
• Maximize business value through effective prioritization and agile delivery.
• Serve as the main point of contact for product content, planning, and communication.
• Collaborate with development teams, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement through user feedback and insights.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, balancing development, maintenance, and decommissioning.

Skills

• Experience in Product Management or Product Ownership roles is preferred.
• Commercial mindset in delivering technology solutions.
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
• Skills in coaching, mentoring, facilitation, or training are advantageous.
• Product Owner certification (e.g., PSPO, CSPO) is a plus.

Education

• Relevant educational background in technology, business, or a related field is beneficial.

Tools

• Familiarity with agile project management tools and marketing technology platforms is expected.
