Job summary

This role involves managing technical systems within the biometrics and pharmacometrics departments, focusing on statistical computing environments and ensuring system stability and functionality.

Qualifications

  • Relevant academic degree, preferably a Master’s in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in statistical computing environments within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of biometrics systems and GxP processes.
  • Experience with SaaS vendors and infrastructure components.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement technical configurations for biometrics and pharmacometrics.
  • Translate specifications for SaaS applications and oversee their implementation.
  • Ensure systems are validated and ready for inspections.
  • Prepare documentation for audits and inspections.
  • Act as an escalation point for system support tickets and maintain vendor oversight.
  • Facilitate end-user training and improve technical capabilities through automation and integration.
  • Collaborate with IT product teams to solve problems and deliver solutions.
