Technical Project Manager

Job summary

In this role, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of assembly solutions within a production environment. Your technical insight will be essential in improving production cells and assembly setups to support innovation and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in developing or improving production or assembly cells
• Technical background, preferably with a craft-based foundation and further education
• Degree as Maskinmester (Marine Engineer), Mechanical Engineer, or relevant technical education
• Experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing operations
• Basic understanding of machine safety and the Machinery Directive
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written

Responsibilities

• Develop and mature assembly concepts, including production cells, lines, and workstations
• Drive technical projects related to new and existing assembly solutions
• Contribute to cost-out and optimization initiatives on existing assembly setups
• Support technology and improvement projects within assembly
• Ensure technically feasible and robust assembly setups for New Product Launch projects
• Define technical requirements and support specification of equipment and solutions
• Engage in problem-solving, optimization, and continuous improvement
• Contribute to standardization of assembly solutions where it creates value

Education

• Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience
