Job summary

This role involves managing multiple initiatives within the Reconstruction Software Area, focusing on computer vision and software development for dental health solutions. The position requires collaboration with product management and technical teams to ensure project alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project or team leadership within software development or research, preferably in computer vision or signal processing.
• Self-motivated team player with a strong interest in technology and its impact on users and business outcomes.
• Willingness to engage in both strategic and hands-on tasks, including managing roadmaps and facilitating discussions.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple R&D initiatives, ensuring clarity on goals, scope, and success criteria.
• Balance urgent issues with long-term product outcomes by managing bug reports and other unexpected activities.
• Collaborate with product management to translate product needs into actionable tasks, establishing clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate project dependencies with other teams and represent the team in release planning, communicating risks and trade-offs.
• Maintain the technical roadmap and development plan, documenting ideations and priority discussions.
• Ensure day-to-day operations are transparent and focused on product goals.
