Job summary

The role involves leading a product delivery team focused on enhancing a portfolio of account-based B2B and B2C payment solutions. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to translate business processes into functional requirements and ensure timely delivery of product features.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to work independently and achieve results.
  • Experience in designing end-to-end process flows from concept to delivery.
  • Familiarity with account-based payments and related schemes such as SEPA SRtP and SCTinst.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and present product designs effectively.
  • A structured mindset with an interest in the technical aspects of products.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance existing product offerings and develop new account-based payment solutions.
  • Translate business processes into features and manage the team backlog.
  • Drive product delivery with timely clarifications and prioritization of features.
  • Participate in Scrum and Big Room Planning events.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Manager colleagues to align on product delivery.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with developers and solution architects.

Education

  • Degrees in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fields are preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools used in product development.
