Product Manager (Payments, On-site)

Job summary

This role involves leading a product delivery team focused on enhancing a portfolio of account-based B2B and B2C payment products. The Product Manager will drive product build and delivery, ensuring alignment of business requirements across domains.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work independently and achieve results.
• Experience in designing end-to-end process flows from concept to delivery.
• Familiarity with account-based payments and enabling schemes like SEPA SRtP and SCTinst.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Structured mindset with an interest in the technical aspects of products.

Responsibilities

• Enhance existing product offerings and scale new account-based payment solutions.
• Translate business processes and user flows into functional requirements.
• Manage the team backlog and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Participate in Scrum and Big Room Planning events.
• Oversee the end-to-end product delivery pipeline in collaboration with other Product Managers.

Education

• Degrees in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fields are preferred.

Skills

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of a Scandinavian language is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a genuine interest in payments and financial technology.

Tools

• Experience with Scrum methodologies and product management tools.
