Technical Product Manager (Fintech, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves leading a product delivery team focused on enhancing and scaling account-based B2B and B2C payment solutions. The position requires a strong drive for product development and innovation in the payments sector.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work independently and achieve results.
• Experience in designing end-to-end process flows from concept to delivery.
• Familiarity with account-based payments and related schemes such as SEPA SRtP and SCTinst.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and alignment.
• Background in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fields.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of a Scandinavian language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enhance existing product portfolios and develop new payment solutions.
• Translate business processes into functional requirements for the development team.
• Manage the team backlog to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Participate in Scrum events and planning sessions.
• Oversee the end-to-end product delivery pipeline in collaboration with other Product Managers.

• Structured mindset with an interest in the technical aspects of products.

Education

• Degrees in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical STEM disciplines are preferred.
