Technical Lead (Power & Grid/Industry)

Job summary

The role involves leading the technical aspects of customer-integrated projects within the Nordic Digital Power Application Center, ensuring compliance with technical requirements from initial meetings through to project execution. The Technical Lead will manage risk, changes, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating with various internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Computer, or Automation Engineering or relevant engineering education.
• Strong understanding of medium and low voltage switchgear solutions and control systems.
• Experience with power distribution communication protocols and industrial Ethernet.
• Basic knowledge of IEDs, LV CB protection devices, and electrical design.
• Familiarity with specific equipment and software is desirable.
• Effective communication skills in English and Danish are required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and teams to develop technical solutions.
• Drive technical scope discussions with clients and sub-suppliers.
• Create and review technical specifications for SCADA and control systems.
• Support Project Managers and Automation Engineers with technical solutions.
• Ensure technical quality during project delivery and compliance with customer requirements.
• Stay updated with new technologies and contribute to team development.

Education
