Job summary

Seeking an experienced Tech Lead who combines technical leadership with hands-on development, focusing on supporting team deliveries, ensuring technical quality, and translating business needs into robust solutions. The role acts as a liaison between the Product Owner, business stakeholders, and the development team, facilitating technical clarifications and breaking down complex requirements into actionable development tasks.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with .NET/C# and modern software development practices.
• Proficient in frontend development using Angular and/or React.
• Experience with public or mission-critical systems.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and Scrum.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Background in mentoring, technical guidance, and facilitating development teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guidance within the development team.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and domain models.
• Break down and document technical solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate technical clarifications and decision-making processes.
• Ensure technical quality, maintainability, and sound architecture.
• Conduct code reviews and support other developers in the team.
• Engage in hands-on development as an active part of the delivery process.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to estimation, prioritization, and continuous improvement of team workflows.

Skills

• Strong technical execution balanced with team support, contributing actively to development while helping the team establish structure, direction, and technical quality in deliverables.

Education

• Relevant educational background in computer science or a related field is preferred.
