Team Lead (Civil, Site & QHSE, Copenhagen)

Job summary

The role involves leading the Civil, Site and QHSE department within the Energy division, focusing on delivering consultancy services in the energy sector. The position requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills to manage a team and ensure high-quality project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical disciplines, or equivalent
• Experience as a people manager is beneficial but not mandatory
• Familiarity with relevant market sectors such as Power Generation, P2X, Carbon Capture, and gas infrastructure
• International experience is a plus
• Proven ability to deliver results on time, within budget, and with high quality

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and conduct sales meetings
• Enhance team services to align with market demands and expand international projects
• Facilitate employee development through regular one-on-one sessions
• Ensure quality in project deliverables on-site
• Manage team operations daily for optimal resource utilization and project execution
• Support departmental financial accountability
• Contribute to strategic planning and business processes
• Engage in operational projects to foster interdepartmental relationships
