Systems Engineer

Job summary

We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to contribute to the development of innovative hearing and balance solutions. This role involves defining and managing system requirements, architecture, and verification activities throughout the product lifecycle in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product development with a strong understanding of system-level requirements and verification management.
• Familiarity with defining product or solution level architecture views (functional, physical, operational).
• Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices, aerospace, or automotive is advantageous.
• Proficiency with ALM tools like IBM DOORS, Polarion, or similar.
• Exposure to model-based systems engineering applications using SysML is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and innovative mindset.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user and stakeholder needs to define and manage system requirements.
• Develop and maintain system-level architectural designs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Create and maintain requirements traceability matrices to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Participate in design reviews, providing insights on system requirements and architecture feasibility.
• Develop comprehensive system-level test plans and test cases based on defined requirements.

Education
