System Architect (On-site)

Job summary

This role focuses on shaping the future of hearing-aid software development and release processes. As a System Architect, you will define the technical direction for a comprehensive developer and release platform, influencing the collaboration of 300–400 software engineers.

Qualifications

• Experience in firmware, embedded software, DevOps, platform engineering, or CI/CD.
• Strong technical judgement and ability to lead through trust and collaboration.
• Familiarity with SAFe methodology and interest in AI applications in software development.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a consistent technical direction across the development and release platform.
• Integrate tools, pipelines, and releases into a cohesive experience.
• Monitor platform health and performance to ensure release readiness.
• Facilitate practical AI usage in development workflows.
• Enhance engineering standards and resolve blockers affecting productivity.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to align on priorities.
