Supplier Quality Manager

Job summary

The role involves overseeing supplier quality performance within a designated region, ensuring compliance with quality standards and driving continuous improvement in supplier development. Qualifications

• At least 5 years of managerial experience in Supplier Quality or Quality Control within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of Supplier Quality Management processes and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the quality performance of suppliers in the assigned region.
• Conduct supplier quality system audits and ensure compliance.
• Develop and follow up on corrective and preventive action plans.
• Oversee inspection activities and coordinate with third-party providers.
• Monitor inspection efficiency and manage supplier back-charges.
• Lead Corrective Action Reporting (CAR) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) processes.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Service Line Managers on supplier development initiatives.
• Support quality dossier reviews with the Quality team in GBC India.
• Implement global quality policies and contribute to quality initiatives.
